If payment is made in another currency upon receipt thereof, Transautomobile confirm the client the exchange rate that was applied to this transaction.

Payment of the deposit :
Generally, in order to confirm an order, down payment is 30%. This payment can be made by cash, credit card, via bank transfer (or letter of credit). As regards cash payments (cash), we are required to comply with the rules and regulations applicable in Belgium / EU.

Payment of the balance :
Apart from payments by letter of credit, payment of the balance must be achieved Transautomobile later than 8 days before the delivery or shipment of goods (for logistical reasons).

Payment by letter of credit

We accept payment by letter of credit in the single condition that it complies with the following terms :

Irrevocable
Confirmed and payable by our bank in Belgium.
Specifying that all costs are borne by the customer.

However, if for reasons internal to your company or for administrative reasons, we are willing to consider any other form of opening of Letter of Credit, but in this case, the costs of these terms will be borne by the customer.
