Job Description:

We are a family-owned business specializing in the import-export of automotive products with over 50 years of experience. We are seeking a versatile worker to join our team in our storage area located at the Port of Antwerp. Your main role will be to inspect and prepare vehicles upon receipt and before shipment or delivery, ensuring they meet order specifications and are free from damage.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles upon receipt to verify they match the orders.
• Check vehicles before shipment or delivery to ensure they are undamaged.
• Prepare detailed reports on vehicle conditions and report any discrepancies.
• Install and configure accessories or equipment on vehicles as needed.
• Clean vehicles to ensure their optimal presentation.
• Load vehicles onto trailers or trucks for shipment.
• Collaborate with logistics and administrative teams to ensure effective stock management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storage area.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures.

Desired Profile:

• Previous experience as a versatile worker or in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics is a plus.
• Ability to perform meticulous visual inspections.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Good physical condition for manual tasks.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.
• A driving license C or CE for moving trucks is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Dutch is required, with good knowledge of French and English being a plus.
